Mesajkolik works with Turkcell, Vodafone and Avea with legal permission with the STH-250 license granted by BTK.

For your submissions, you can type up to 7 message lengths (1071 characters) per post. Shipments are the same as the standards used in mobile phones, 1 SMS is 160 characters long and is charged with 1 credit.

The calculations are calculated by the parameters of the message length of the shipments you make, the number of people to be sent, whether they contain Turkish characters or not. Deducted credits vary depending on these parameters of the submissions made.

You can send messages with or without Turkish characters. Credit calculations of messages containing Turkish characters are made differently. You can use the Use Turkish characters option when setting up your shipments in the Send SMS menu.

In the Send SMS menu, you can set your shipments to the date you want. For future shipments, the system offers month, day, year, hour and minute options, allowing you to make your shipments at any time. You can edit or delete future submissions before they arrive.

You can define sender IDs as you wish. However, each sender ID depends on the legal procedure and you must fill out the "Sender ID Request" forms and submit it to us in order to use the ID you want. You can find this form and more information about sender IDs in the Sender IDs menu of the Membership Settings > .

The texts you send are delivered in a single message, regardless of SMS length.

If your submissions have incorrect or undelivered numbers, any credits used for those numbers will be refunded after shipment and will not be deducted from your account. You can see all incorrect or undelivered numbers in the detailed report in the Shipping Reports menu. You can group these numbers, blacklist them, or delete them directly from your groups.

When you create your submissions in the Send SMS menu, you can set a "Timeout" for that shipment. The timeout period that you specify is in the time format. Numbers that are not delivered within the time period you define will automatically fall into the "Timeout" section of the reports in the Shipping Reports menu, and the credits used for these numbers will be refunded. This way, you'll manage all the error situations in your submissions and not waste credits in vain.

When your credit is finished, you can buy it online from the Buy Credit menu in the main menu with the possibility of installments to ING Bank cards. In the Buy Credits menu, you can find packages with different number of credits for your needs or you can request special packages from your sales representative.

You can easily transfer all the numbers in your Excel or CSV files from the Contacts > Contacts menu, or you can use these files to send directly from the SMS Send > Convenient Excel menu. You can easily transfer your numbers stored in other file formats to the system by copying and pasting from the Contacts > Practical Contact Transfer menu.

All information transfer instruments in the system have an automatic formatting procedure. No matter how it is written during the transfer, all your numbers are corrected and transferred to the system correctly. Therefore, the numbers that you think are wrong do not remain idle in the system and do not cause problems.

If you wish, you can activate the "End of Day Report" feature from the Preferences menu > Membership Settings and send short reports of the submissions you made that day to your mobile phone as SMS at 21:00 every day. So you can easily keep track of all your shipments without having to be in front of the computer.

By adding a cancellation link to your submissions, you can offer a cancellation option to your customers who do not want to receive SMS. You can manage your customers who click on the cancellation link from the Black List Transactions menu. Blacklist Operations not only manage numbers from the cancel link, but also allow you to create a detailed blacklist by allowing you to add numbers manually or from groups. SMS is not sent to the numbers on the black list when sending to the group or groups in which it is located and no credit is deducted for these numbers.

Keywords are used to get interactive feedback from your customers to whom you send SMS. For example, you can send text such as type OHT YES, send to 4609 and manage the people who meet this condition from the Inbox > Messages menu. where OHT is the keyword, YES is the subkeyword, and 4609 is the transmission number.

KEY AND SUBKEY WORDS
Keywords are used to make your submissions interactive by associating your submissions with responses. Apart from this, another purpose of the keywords is to ensure that the people in your SMS list leave your shipping list free of charge in accordance with the regulation of BTK.

When defining your keywords in the Inbox > Keywords menu, you can optionally automate the submission process by selecting the option to automatically blacklist numbers that respond to that keyword.

The keyword OHT has been allocated to you free of charge by Mesajkolik and you can use this keyword in your submissions without paying any fee by using it with the sub-keyword you define.

Sample Submission:
Message: You can unsubscribe from SMS by texting OHT MESSAGECANCEL and sending it to 4609.

In this submission, OHT was sent as a keyword and MESAJCANCEL as a subkeyword. You won't be charged for keyword and sub-keyword usage on a submission made this way. You can define an unlimited number of sub-keywords. You can manage your keywords and sub-keywords from the Inbox > Keywords menu in the panel.

Apart from the OHT keyword, you can use another special keyword that includes your company's corporate if you wish. The use of custom keywords is charged annually. After purchasing the custom keyword, the use of sub-keywords is not mandatory. You can find out the fees required for the allocation of special keywords from your sales consultant.

Sample Submission:
Message: You can join our campaign by writing FRM and sending it to 4609. In this shipment, FRM is the keyword you purchased by paying an annual allocation fee.
Message: You can join our campaign by writing FRM YES and sending it to 4609. In this submission, FRM is the keyword you purchased by paying the annual allocation fee, and YES is your subkeyword.

CONTACT NUMBERS
Delivery numbers are the numbers that return responses to your submissions that you create using keywords. 2 types of numbers can be used in transmission numbers. Toll-free numbers starting with 0850 and toll-free numbers like 4609 .

Toll Numbers:
All response SMS sent by your customers to toll numbers will be charged as 0.08 TL and TL will be deducted from your account. Your paid number allocated by Mesajkolik is 4609.

Free Numbers:
Toll-free numbers start with 0850 (e.g. 08505400425) and are allocated by Mesajkolik at the beginning of your membership. You will not be charged for reply SMS sent to toll-free numbers, shipping will be charged to the person who sent the message. Whether you use OHT or custom keywords for toll-free number usage, the use of sub-keywords is not mandatory.

Sample Submission:
Message: You can participate in our campaign by writing FRM and sending it to 08505400425. In this shipment, FRM is the keyword you purchased by paying an annual allocation fee.
